Great app that has shown returns! Recovered a decent amount of abandoned checkouts and if there were any issues they reply very fast! Also a bonus of having this app is that you learn about certain questions your customers might have about your store or reservations they might have about ordering (example shipping prices too high etc).
Overall works great to recover carts + can offer additional insights on WHY customers might not convert!
