Best Shopify SMS app out there. Very intuitive interface, many automation options and handy 2-way communication possible. Big bonus is the recent addition of many EU countries, so we can cover most markets. Very fast and friendly customer support!

Tex Cart has been one of the best additions to my Shopify store. It's incredibly easy to set up, and the abandoned cart recovery through SMS has helped recover sales I would have otherwise lost. The platform is reliable, the automations work seamlessly, and the support team is responsive whenever I have questions. If you're serious about increasing conversions and recovering more abandoned carts, Tex Cart is absolutely worth it.

The AI helper has been amazing to work with. I have been able to get a lot of things handled. There are some things I would like this app to do. Mainly, I want to be notified if a customer text communications goes beyond 3 customer questions. I would also like to be notified if I decide to handle a customer question, I want to be notified when and if the customer responds. The agent said the app is working to implement those items. These would be great improvements IMO

TxtCart has been a great addition to our SMS marketing stack. Setup was quick and required zero coding — synced with our Shopify store right away. The abandoned cart recovery flows have helped us win back sales we would've otherwise lost, and the two-way AI conversations feel personal instead of spammy. Support (shoutout to Roohul) has also been responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions. Recommend it for any store looking to grow SMS revenue on autopilot.

Great app with an easy setup process and helpful support team. The dashboard is simple to use, and the team has been very responsive whenever I needed assistance. They helped me through the verification process and answered my questions quickly. Looking forward to using TxtCart to recover more abandoned carts and increase conversions. Highly recommended.
Terrible company. They advertise $29 a month and rack up hidden fees. Most of these "reviews" you see are THEM asking us to leave a good review. I was charged over $300 when it was advertised no hidden fees, no BS. i disputed them with my bank and reported them to shopify. BEWARE, they scam you and then tell you, you can't get a refund
Our Starter plan is $29/month, as advertised. Messaging usage is billed separately based on messages sent, with rates disclosed on our pricing page, during plan selection, and within the app.
In this case, the merchant enabled the Winback Flow, which automatically messages subscribers 90 days after they enter the flow. Because a large existing subscriber list had been imported, many subscribers reached that 90-day point around the same time. The enabled flow sent messages to those qualifying subscribers, resulting in the additional usage and charges.
These were not hidden fees or an increase to the $29 platform fee. They were messaging charges generated by an automation enabled on the account.
We understand the volume may have been unexpected and are reviewing additional safeguards around imported subscribers and high-volume automated sends.
We also want to clarify that while we ask customers to share their experience with TxtCart, we never require or ask customers to leave a positive review.
