TxtCart has helped me recover a ton of abandoned checkouts, it really makes a difference! Super easy to use and set up, and the campaigns run smoothly. The team is also very responsive whenever I have questions. Definitely worth using if you want to turn missed sales into real orders.

I rarely write long reviews, but TxtCart AI truly deserves it.
When I first signed up, I immediately ran into an issue — my country wasn’t listed during setup. I expected a long wait or a generic response… but their support team reacted instantly.

They stayed with me for almost three hours, answering every message calmly, professionally, and with genuine care. They didn’t just “fix” the issue — they went out of their way to create a solution for my specific situation and even gave me access so I could start using TextCart to scale my profits right away.

Lol they're very fast to defend themselves so you're denying not sending the wrong support email to my customers? I have proof for that and the chat transcript. How long are you guys gonna lie and get away with it. And you have charged an additional $150+ in bogus charges which is again with proof so how are you gonna deny it? This definitely needs to go on X and Linkedin

Original review: "They're beta testing their app with us customers. Sometimes it sends phantom emails to customers(and I've to point it out and they say their apologies like it's just another day) and infact I was double-charged for the campaign and now they're saying it's a technical issue just like every other time. From my experience stay away from these guys better stick to Mailchimp or Klaviyo atleast they don't try to screw small businesses like this. "

I'd also like to address some of these concerns:

Regarding the charge, we've already issued a refund and, as our support team mentioned, the issue that caused it is currently being investigated and will be fixed soon.

We're definitely not a beta app. We've been servicing thousands of merchants like yourself for over 6 years (as a matter of fact, our 4.0 version will go live in January 2026).

Our app doesn't send "phantom emails". We're an SMS-first app, and all messages sent by our flows are logged. They can be seen and reviewed from your Conversations tab, and you can also interact with those customers via our Inbox feature.

I just started using txtcart so far so good ive gotten some sales with them and now im waiting to see how I do with Black Friday. I love that it does the interactive conversation with my customers for me

I've used txt cart for some time, and I really appreciate how effective it is. I noticed operating at a beginner level, through to scaling my store, it surprised me how many people actually sign up to SMS notifications, and how easy it is to convert them into sales.
The conversation AI is very intuitive and can help guide abandoned customers back through the funnel much easier than email notifications.

I reached out to the support recently to help me set up more countries to target and to help expedite my phone number verifications. I also had a few queries about optimizing my settings. Alexandra was very helpful, responded quickly and gave me direct informative answers to my queries.

Would definitely recommend as an essential app for everyones Shopify store.

Account was double charged by $1,990. Yes, I paid yearly. Was it charged by yearly? Nope. Charged by monthly. Annual subscription turned into monthly subscription. The problem should be fixed instantly and unacceptable. This app's billing practice is extremely unprofessional.
