If I could recommend someone for receiving a raise, it would be hands down Jessica. She was super helpful, patient and very knowledgeable and she also made it easy for me to understand what I wanted and what I could do with the app! Keep up the amazing work you do!

Update: 03Jun2025 | Today I received help from Leo. The session was over 2 hours long as I had a couple of meetings during it, but Leo was very patient, kind and really helpful. I was able to solve all of the issues I was having. Definitely a 10/5 stars here. Thank you Leo!

Update: 04Jun2025 | Kristine was reeeaally helpful and she was very patient as well. I don't know what they teach them in the Zapiet Customer Service, but I gotta admit this is the best customer service support I have ever received anywhere, BY FAR! Kristine keep being the awesome person you are! Thank you for all the clarifications and all the help!

Update: 07Sept2025 | I was having an issue with my Zapiet app, due to some changes Shopify made in our plan. Jessica was kind enough to help me get to the bottom of the issue and I'm working on a fix right now. Thanks Jessica! You're awesome!
