Uninstalled this App and still charging?!
They were unable to make it compatible to Pagefly Pagebuilder - even after paying for the programming service.
It left a mess - so we had to uninstall it. Yet they are still charging the monthly fee?

We’d also like to clarify a common misunderstanding: app charges are processed directly by Shopify, not by us. While we don’t have control over billing, we’ve explained everything in more detail in our email and are more than willing to support you in resolving the issue.
