This is a fast-growing app that has already deployed powerful new features in the 12 months I've been using it. The team is receptive to user feedback and it was simple and low friction to get set up. Any issues were resolved attentively.
The major downside is the support. Because they are overseas and you are typically talking to a non-technical person, even small issues take about a week to resolve, typically. Often an incomplete solution is delivered and multiple back and forths are required for simple briefs / bug fixes.
