ST ‑ Multivendor Marketplace

We’ve been using ShipTurtle for over a year now, and honestly, it has made managing our marketplace so much easier. Earlier, handling orders, coordinating shipping, and keeping track of inventory across multiple vendors could take a lot of time. With ShipTurtle’s courier integrations and Vendor Connect feature, our vendors can connect their own stores, and managing orders and inventory has become much smoother. It has saved us a lot of time in our day-to-day operations and made things much easier for our team.
The support team is also awesome! They’re always active, quick to help, and make sure our issues are prioritized and addressed as soon as possible.

Shipturtle is a great tool for building a multi-vendor marketplace on Shopify and it has handled everything we have asked of it. Vendor onboarding, commission rules, payout calculation, invoicing and shipping labels are all managed in one place, and it coped with some genuinely awkward requirements without needing a developer.

What stood out most was the team. Every question came back with a real answer from someone who had actually looked at the problem, not a canned reply pointing us at a help article. Mitva took care of our onboarding and from day one we felt welcome and heard. Priy in particular went well beyond what we expected, including on the harder payment and payout questions that are genuinely difficult to get right.

If you are turning a Shopify store into a proper marketplace, Shipturtle does the things Shopify itself will not do. The product is strong, the whole team has been extremely helpful, and the support behind it is the reason we would recommend it to anyone. Highly recommended.

I would add that if you can make it work the operations track is well worth the cost and will pay for itself over again.
