Very good customer service and developing team - our store has a very specific interface requirement, raised it, and the team has followed up and trying to fix it, and changed the UI to make it feasible. Thanks a lot! Will keep using it.
We've been working with Shipturtle for almost a year. I'll start by saying the team are a bunch of really good people. You can feel that they have real intent to support your business.
Secondly, the tech is stable and implementable. I've had minimal issues and it's flexible and broad enough to support almost any type of multi-vendor model.
I think it's the only real solution to scale up your business.

Excelente herramienta para gestionar múltiples vendedores en Shopify. Llevamos varias semanas probándola y nos ha facilitado muchísimo el manejo de catálogos (productos y precios), la autogestión por parte de los vendors y la visibilidad operativa en un solo panel. La curva de aprendizaje fue corta y el soporte ha sido oportuno. Como mejora, el UI aún podría ser más amigable e intuitivo, aunque vemos avances constantes en cada actualización. En conjunto, la recomendamos para marketplaces que necesitan escalar la gestión de vendedores y productos dentro de Shopify.

I was on a very complicated backend of Magento and Shipturtle made it possible for me to move my marketplace to Shopify. The team is extremely prompt and helpful with all of the queries and they help support you with walk throughs and through deconstruction of issues and ways to resolve them. If you are wondering if they are good people to do business with, do not wonder anymore, take my word for it. Our marketplace runs seamlessly because of the smooth functionality built by shipturtle.

Our use case was slightly complex, and what we genuinely appreciated was how clearly the product is structured for marketplace workflows. The interface is straightforward, and the team’s support during onboarding helped us understand the possibilities and limitations very clearly.
Their responsiveness and willingness to guide us through real marketplace scenarios made the evaluation process smooth and practical.
If you’re building a serious multi-vendor or marketplace setup on Shopify, Shipturtle is definitely worth exploring.
I am brand new to that marketplace app but Manan took a lot of his time to connect with me and walk me through the whole app and answer all my questions. Sure, there are some bugs but nothing that would worry me from a business point of view and Manan will forward those to the IT guys.
Overall so far an incredibly good experience. The only ‘downside’ is the multitude of add ons which can significantly increase the monthly price for the app. But, I do understand that they are running a business and that those add ons do cost a bit. Maybe a few of those should/could actually come with the app in the future
A big plus for me is that they offer a contact option via WhatsApp which is so much faster than writing an email, waiting for a reply to then write one again and so on!
Overall still a 5 star experience though! Shout out to Manan who is such a humble guy, thanks for your time and patience with me!

As someone who doesn't understand a line of code and cannot develop their backend system under a budget, shipturtle is nothing short of a blessing. We pride ourselves on our support and have a robust mechanism which includes -
1. tickets with 24-48 hours SLA
2. Video support at any time (you just need to book a call from the website)
3. Whatsapp support and website chat support with our team
We do not recommend calls since its often difficult to understand the problem on audio, and its much better to schedule a call on video - a slot is generally available within 4-8 hours during our business time.
As a business owner, we can understand that sometimes you may need immediate resolutions - but its difficult to make any changes on the app without clear requirements, development and testing.
This is true for any SaaS app and we try to provide clear timelines for any change or issue request from your side.
