Shipturtle has genuinely helped us streamline and scale our business operations in many positive ways. The platform has been valuable for managing workflows and enabling smoother marketplace operations overall.
That said, after the recent update, we’ve been facing quite a few bugs, loading delays, and performance-related issues which have at times impacted the experience and daily operations.
However, one thing we truly appreciate is the Shipturtle support team. Their responsiveness and willingness to prioritize and resolve tickets quickly has been commendable throughout. Hoping the platform stability improves further with upcoming fixes and updates.
Using ShipTurtle has greatly impacted the business in a positive manner. The ease of processing orders and the dashboard providing the number of orders in each order stage has made my operations team more efficient in carrying out the processes

We're using it to power Rail Depot Direct — Australia's first dedicated online marketplace for the rail industry — and it's been central to getting us from concept to launch.

We have been using Shipturtle for the past few months and the experience has been excellent. The platform has helped us streamline our marketplace operations efficiently, especially in managing vendors, orders, and integrations. The onboarding process was smooth, and their support team has always been responsive and helpful whenever required. Overall, Shipturtle has proven to be a reliable solution for scaling our business operations.
we just used trial for 15 days but they charged us $149 every month. we also uninstalled the app but after still charging. still waiting for refund. totally. if we don't realize it, we will end up paying for an app we haven't used.

Shopify handles all charges as per their published policy applicable to all apps. You have installed the app in Nov-25 and uninstalled in Apr-26. The charges are computed correctly as per the records. Once uninstalled, no charge is added for subsequent months.

Lot of resources and different features to provide for a functional marketplace. I run a golf marketplace and the tools and add ons they have are very beneficial for the sellers
