We’ve been using ShipTurtle to manage product listings and shipments across 100+ vendors, and the overall experience has been excellent. Our day-to-day operations run smoothly, and the platform has made managing our product listings and shipping processes much more efficient. Whenever an issue comes up, the ShipTurtle team is quick to respond and ensures it is resolved on priority. Great support and a reliable Platform highly recommended!

As we deal in pre-owned luxury goods, we have some unique requirements and use cases. They have been very flexible in understanding our needs and developing customized solutions for us.

We've been extremely happy with Shipturtle since implementation. The setup process was seamless, with little to no issues, and anything we did flag was resolved promptly by the team. We're on the Ultimate plan, and it's been well worth it.
Special mention to Mohit, Mitva, Disha & Nisarg, who have been essential in keeping our operations and marketing running smoothly. They're genuinely open to our suggestions, but also confident enough to push their own recommendations when they know better — several of which we've adopted and which have made a real difference to our results.
Shipturtle is an app and package that does exactly what it says on the tin, and honestly exceeds expectations. Would highly recommend it to anyone setting up a multivendor marketplace, or to anyone generally looking for a smooth, well-supported experience with their software.
It's impossible to overstate how helpful Shipturtle has been with my new business (an online plant Marketplace). The App and its add-ons cover everything you could think of but even more impressive is their attitude toward making sure you get as much as possible out of the App. They take a real interest in your business, making you feel like you're in a collaboration not just a transaction. If you're building a B2B marketplace on Shopify, Shipturtle is fantastic.
We're using it to power Rail Depot Direct — Australia's first dedicated online marketplace for the rail industry — and it's been central to getting us from concept to launch.
The multi-vendor functionality handles vendor product listings, commission structures, and order routing really well — things that would otherwise require expensive custom development. The Shopify integration works well throughout.
What sets Shipturtle apart is the Ultimate Plan operations support. The team brings genuine knowledge and experience in marketplaces while helping you configure the platform for your specific use case.
The Performance Marketing add-on has been great. They've optimised our site for both Google and AI-driven search, and the content they've produced has driven real organic traffic. For a brand new platform in a niche industry, that's no small feat.
If you're serious about building a marketplace on Shopify, Shipturtle is excellent.
Steer away if possible.
Slow and sluggish servers, takes ages to load from Europe.
Vendor dashboard that they claimed was customizable is impossible to customize, scaring away vendors that give it a try.
During the talks before going for ShipTurtle app, they told us that we can have onboarding customized however we wish, that also proved to not be possible. The app seems to be very old and inflexible.
Tried very hard making a project with them, whenever you send a message to project leader they reply with hallucinated GPT answers or that they need time to answer.
They claim to have implemented project tasks that they never touched, its like working with a company that lives in alternate reality.
Had to abort the project and make our own multivendor app.

The project referenced here was a separate Shopify website design and development engagement. Before starting the project, the scope, deliverables, and one-time development cost were clearly discussed and agreed upon by both parties, and development was initiated after receiving the initial 50% advance payment.
Regarding customization, Shipturtle is a SaaS-based multivendor platform. We do support customization options, but the request here involved complete structural flexibility over the vendor dashboard, including core layouts and functionality, which is beyond the scope of most SaaS platforms.
We also want to clarify that the website and implementation work delivered during the project was completed by our internal development team as per the agreed scope and communication shared throughout the engagement.
We remain committed to transparent communication and supporting our merchants professionally throughout every project.
Shipturtle has genuinely helped us streamline and scale our business operations in many positive ways. The platform has been valuable for managing workflows and enabling smoother marketplace operations overall.
That said, after the recent update, we’ve been facing quite a few bugs, loading delays, and performance-related issues which have at times impacted the experience and daily operations.
However, one thing we truly appreciate is the Shipturtle support team. Their responsiveness and willingness to prioritize and resolve tickets quickly has been commendable throughout. Hoping the platform stability improves further with upcoming fixes and updates.
