La curva de aprendizaje fue corta y el soporte ha sido oportuno. Como mejora, el UI aún podría ser más amigable e intuitivo, aunque vemos avances constantes en cada actualización. I am brand new to that marketplace app but Manan took a lot of his time to connect with me and walk me through the whole app and answer all my questions. Sure, there are some bugs but nothing that would worry me from a business point of view and Manan will forward those to the IT guys.
Overall so far an incredibly good experience. The only ‘downside’ is the multitude of add ons which can significantly increase the monthly price for the app. But, I do understand that they are running a business and that those add ons do cost a bit. Maybe a few of those should/could actually come with the app in the future
A big plus for me is that they offer a contact option via WhatsApp which is so much faster than writing an email, waiting for a reply to then write one again and so on!
