We have been Shipturtle multivendor for more than a month now. We found the product very useful. It helped in automating some of our operational activities. We pride ourselves on our support and have a robust mechanism which includes -
1. tickets with 24-48 hours SLA
2. Video support at any time (you just need to book a call from the website)
3. Whatsapp support and website chat support with our team
We do not recommend calls since its often difficult to understand the problem on audio, and its much better to schedule a call on video - a slot is generally available within 4-8 hours during our business time.
As a business owner, we can understand that sometimes you may need immediate resolutions - but its difficult to make any changes on the app without clear requirements, development and testing.
This is true for any SaaS app and we try to provide clear timelines for any change or issue request from your side.
The app is amazing for anyone running a marketplace. The team has been extremely helpful. Well thought out features such as vendor settings, payments according to vendors and vendors' about us page. Looking forward to more features and using this long-term.

Have been using ShipTurtle for a month so far working with MANAN as my lead team project manager. So far communication has been excellent with him, he is always eager to help and gets back to me with updates quickly and goes above and beyond, very impressed. The service provided has been very reassuring coming from another marketplace provider, Webkul which I had an awful experience with. The user experience of ShipTurtle has been great and the platform is very user friendly and will be easy for sellers to use. Hoping to launch my marketplace soon, just waiting on a few updates about the returns process and finalising that with the team then should be good to go :) Look forward to seeing how the platform operates once I launch :)
The support team is super responsive and genuinely helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to assist. The platform itself is really intuitive and easy to navigate, so getting started was effortless. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and I’m really happy with the service.

I really tried to stick with Shipturtle for a couple of months, as they promised a very flexible solution for a B-to-C marketplace on Shopify. Particularly the Vendor Sync is definitely a handy function and drew me and my business in.
However the Vendor Sync wasn't enough to stick it out. I would have been scared to launch an actual live marketplace with a platform like this. The issues were manifold and constant:
- I was promised multiple things/functionalities during the sales/onboarding process that turned out not to be available. Either the functionalities were still being developed, or Shipturtle slapped a $1000+ price tag for a custom development just for us (for something they said in the demo was already available), or the functionality just couldn't even be done.
- Often they did react fairly quickly to bug reports or inquiries after these empty promises, but more often than not the resolutions that came were poorly thought out and buggy.
- Even without the major issues - like not actually offering a shipping integration they promised was available, then asking money to develop just for us - the platform as a whole is poorly built, feels rickety and is buggy.
- We were double charged on our first month. Over three months of asking after a resolution, Shipturtle showed zero interest in remedying this.
After three months of bugs, constantly eroding trust and empty promises, I decided enough was enough. I have to wonder whether all the glowing reviews here can truly be genuine.
Either way, don't make my mistakes. Don't trust the sales pitch. Make sure to personally test that every single thing you need for your business ACTUALLY works before committing.

- The customization is for a shipper you needed us to integrate which is not on our list. It showed that it was available via one our integration partners Clickpost - which involved no cost to you. We also connected you with them. What we quoted was in case you wanted a direct integration, and it does not work via Clickpost. We have shared this pretty early in our conversations and transparently.
- All your billing is via Shopify. There is no possibility of double charging. In some cases Shopify's billing can get confusing since when you change plans - they charge both at a go and then put a deduction against the earlier plan in proportion of usage. I’m not using Shipturtle for shipping, but the app has been incredibly valuable for managing reservations and syncing with our calendar app. The support team is outstanding — every time I had a question, they responded quickly with clear and detailed guidance.
The app is flexible, easy to configure, and works perfectly with our scheduling workflow. Highly recommended for anyone using Shopify for bookings or multi-vendor setups.
My experience with Shipturtle has been a mix of positives and not so positive challenges. On one hand, the platform does offer useful multi-vendor functionality, and the concept of customizing it for my barter marketplace is exactly what I needed. On the other hand, communication and timelines have sometimes felt unclear, which made the process more stressful. If they can tighten up their updates and project management, I believe Shipturtle could be a very strong partner.
I did however, have high hopes for working with Shipturtle, but my experience hasn’t matched the expectations that were set. After paying for a customization project, communication dropped off and I’ve struggled to get regular updates on progress. As a small business owner, this lack of clarity is frustrating, especially when I’m on a timeline to launch. I still hope the team delivers, but right now, I can’t recommend them without caution.

At ShipTurtle, we follow a structured process for all customization projects. Once the scope is defined, we prepare a detailed PRD (Project Requirements Document) before starting development. This step ensures clarity for both sides and typically takes more time than the actual coding.
In your case, you had requested to view the project live in phases — which many business owners prefer — but as we explained, development can only begin once the PRD is finalized.
As per our last communication, you were happy with the completed work and have requested us to keep the project on hold while your overall launch is delayed by about three months. We’re happy to accommodate that and will be ready to resume whenever you are.
