They are quick to respond through chat. However, it takes a lot of time to get things correct from the request. A quick phone call would make things easier and time-efficient. I spend a lot of time trying to get my request completed, as things are not done right. I do appreciate the calm nature and patience the team has. I wish there were a success manager available on basic plans to help set up the program correctly and assist with email flows. I still don't know if mine are set up correctly, but I don't have time to work through it over chat, which is unfortunate.
