Absolutely terrible. Suddenly we cannot access and it doesnt recognize our emails of logins.

There could be a number of factors involved in login issues, with the most likely being that an administrator made changes to the user profiles, or that an older access link/URL is being used to enter the Stocky app. There is a handy resource here which provides an overview of how user profiles work, the best way to access the Stocky app for a live view, and how to reset passwords if needs be: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/sell-in-person/shopify-pos/inventory-management/stocky/user-profiles.
