I was in a bind trying to figure out how to navigate all the buttons, widgets and links that Shopify has to offer...then it dawned on me that I could request help from the support team. Admittedly, I only expected to get AI obt support or some sort of email that advises me that someone will respond in 24-48 hours.

Nope.
