This is a really easy app to use. It works great. I had a slight issue (my problem, not theirs) and Shubham was incredible. He fixed it in seconds and even helped me with another opportunity in the app I had no idea about! 10 stars!

I had an issue with a subscription fulfillment and reached out to Recurpay support outside of their listed working hours. Despite that, they responded almost instantly, helped me resolve the issue quickly, and also identified and fixed the underlying cause.

Special shoutout to Sinchain for the fast and effective support - really appreciated.

I was so stressed when i realized that my customers were having issues managing their subscriptions. I'm not 'tech savvy' and scared I would mess up my settings somehow and crash my entire store if I did anything wrong. NOPE!!!! Recurpay, along with an amazing employee named Sinchain came to the rescue. Within minutes the correction was made. So smooth! Just a simple chat to diagnose the issue and Sinchain took over and made everything great. Thx again. Dr. John

Customer service is excellent! We were not happy with the way the subscription pay box looks on our website and we were able to get on a video call to learn how to make the changes we wanted to see for our customers.

These guys are superb. A minor problem was corrected within a day, over the chat function, and honestly - I couldn't be happier with their service. That's not to mention the app, which is superb in itself and does everything I want it to do (specifically, customers can subscribe on any day in a month, and the subscription is taken again on the 1st of the next month and every month after). You won't regret using this app!
