I contacted support via Facebook Messenger. At first, I was a bit skeptical, but very quickly Fiona from the DSers team joined the chat, immediately recognized my issue, and helped me solve it in a simple and understandable way! My skepticism disappeared right away, and I could finally breathe a sigh of relief. Huge thanks to the DSers support team – fantastic job!
