Globo Product Options, Variant

The ap is easy to use and understand. I am a beginner when it came to shopify and shopify aps and I chose one before this one I could not understand. This one was easy to get going.

The number of ways I can list the options for my products is amazing, photos, color swatches, lists, check boxes, people can upload photos, insert text, etc ... I can change prices depending on the different add ons.

I have had some issues and I am not sure if it was my fault or the aps fault but I can say that customer service got my emails and overnight (we are not in the same time zone) had the issue fixed for me and all I had to do was grant them access to my store real quick. Always professional, empathetic and fast!

My only critique is the way the orders print out. I wish it was formatted different. It can be a little hard to understand, and the printout for the customer cant really be used, things just do not show up in an easy to understand manner for the customer which causes confusion if they forgot what they bought (yes, they sometimes forget lol). Again, I may be doing something incorrect so I still give them 5stars.
