Globo Product Options, Variant

Great support from the Globo team (EMMA) . I was facing an issue with conditional logic and variant-based pricing on my Shopify product. Their support team responded quickly and fixed the issue properly. Everything is working fine now. Really appreciate the fast and helpful support. Highly recommended!

Globo Product Options is easily one of the best apps on Shopify! It is simple to set up, highly intuitive, and makes customizing products effortless.
What truly sets them apart is their incredible customer service. When I ran into a quick question, their support team responded immediately and resolved everything perfectly. Absolutely outstanding service and a must-have app for any store!

This app will not work for anything complicated. The customer support is terrible if your time zone is in the US and their English skills are substandard at best. Navigation within the app is nonexistent.

A big learning curve -BUT the product works PERFECT for what I need. I have an event business and we need to collect a lot of information from the clients, and this tool makes it so that we cna do all of that in one transaction, instead of having to email them back and forth. I ended up having to upgrade for some additional functions, but I like how they only have two tiers, free or paid, and the paid one isn't terribly expensive.

Great app, excellent value for the money paid, and fast and helpful support. Some solutions are limited (typically hampered by Shopify, who'd guess), but generally best bang for your buck for options and upsells.

This app is changing the game for my store front. I no longer have to add every variant (color, size, price, etc). I was able to create one option set that is assigned automatically to all my products. I can manually add the option set to products as well if I prefer. This is so huge for my store to save me so much time.

The flexibility this app provides is top notch! We've used it for event registrations, custom products, and placing a giftwrap option on our product pages.

The support has also been exceptional. We discovered an issue with accessibility and they were VERY responsive. The development team worked quickly to provide a solution. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who worked on it for us!

Love this app for my ecommerce embroidery shop. It has all the options I needed to allow customers to select fonts, thread color swatches and more. Mike at Customer Service was prompt when I had an issue testing it out on my first product (completely my fault). It is a lot easier to use and customize than VO Product Option app that I was currently using.
