Globo Product Options, Variant

This was my first experience with the Globo app and it has been excellent. After upgrading to the latest version, I found the process of creating option sets to be much smoother and more intuitive. The support team was fantastic—specifically Clara, who was incredibly helpful and prompt in troubleshooting a few issues I encountered. Overall, a very positive experience!

I absolutely love Globo for my website! It has made it so much easier for me to offer my customers a variety of options and customizations, which has really improved the shopping experience on my site. Everything works smoothly and was easy to implement. On top of that, the customer service team was very helpful and quick to assist when I had questions. I’m very happy with this app and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to expand their product options!

Our experience with Globo was beyond 5 star. We had an issue with products not showing up in the drop down menus so we clicked on the Chat Button, and within moments Mike and the rest of the Globo Team jumped on the problem and within an hour we got a email saying to try out the fix....VERY PROFESSIONAL

Great experience so far. Team has been prompt in giving quick responses and fix to our small issues in the process of implementation.

Just one suggestion please work on the live preview section. More than 90% customers shop our product on mobile device and we expect live preview to be seen as they type customisation inputs. Currently they have to scroll up and down to be able to see previews.

I love this app! It has saved me so much time with custom orders. Customer support is quick to answer any questions you may have and help with customization, etc.

I was having an issue with a form not displaying when selecting a variant due to a conflict with our Shopify theme. I reached out to support, and Clara was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Really appreciate the fast and helpful support!

Since we changed to Globo, our options have increased allowing many more possibilities. If any issue, their resonse is prompt and correct enableing us to move forward smoothly.

We have clothing package options that, due to the high number of customizations we have, we needed an alternative than the standard variant system. The Product Options is perfect - we can set it up so it's easy for customers to follow, and any time we have needed support they have been quick to respond. Thanks!

We use Globo for our custom scent selection on 2 of our websites. It works wonderfully and consistently. When we recently encountered a conflict with the design of a custom banner on our website, the Globo team were quick to act and solved the issue. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with.

This app is very intuitive and has so many choices, it is impossible for me to find a fault.
There was an instance where I was trying to figure out how to add a conditional selection, they walked me through it step by step.
Their customer service and tech support were amazing.
