Globo Product Options, Variant

We use Globo for our custom scent selection on 2 of our websites. It works wonderfully and consistently. When we recently encountered a conflict with the design of a custom banner on our website, the Globo team were quick to act and solved the issue. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I've been using Globo for about a year and a half now - I'm very happy with it and even when I needed some assistance, the team was very responsive and took care of everything immediately. Worth every penny!! 10/10!

Globo’s support team was fantastic. I reached out regarding an issue affecting my website, and they responded immediately, diagnosed the problem quickly, and restored normal functionality in a very short time. Website downtime can directly impact sales, and they treated the situation with the urgency it deserved. Little Helen, in particular, was extra friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

I absolutely love this app! It does everything I want and need, and it has made managing my store so much easier. The features work exactly as promised, and the setup was simple.

What really sets this app apart is the support team — they are amazing! Kind, patient, and incredibly helpful every time I reach out. It’s so nice to get real support from people who genuinely care.

Extremely customizable app that helps us to provide more customizability and options for our customers while reducing our work on the back-end!

Does what it says. So far I was able to implement all the features I needed for all of our custom products. When there was an issue Rosie from support responded quickly and helped, even though it was Saturday

Great customer service. The team was surprisingly fast at replying to all my enquiries, and were swift at implementing the custom changes needed. They were very smooth and easy to communicate with and understood exactly what I was after. They were very friendly, supportive, and happy to help me with all my requests. If the app doesn't allow you to achieve a certain look or function, you can be sure the team is there to help alter the code to your needs. One downside is that the code is only accessible to the Globo team, so all HTML changes needed, has to be made on their end.

In regards to the apps performance, it operates very efficiently, having little to no noticeable impact on page performance speed. It is exactly what I need for adding the custom personalisation to my product pages, and allows me to "template" my products, so variants my products share only need to be changed once when updates need to be made, as opposed to having to manually edit each product one at a time. The custom variants created in the app also act like custom variants, (showing in the side-cart and checkout as a variant of the product as opposed to an "add-on product"), and integrate seamlessly with my theme with no hassle.

My favourite feature of this app is the conditional logic, as it allows me to hide/show sections based on the users selections. I also like how you can create an add-on price for selections as well, making it perfect for subtle variant add-ons, where price doesn't vary for every variant combination.

Very impressive app overall, however it does have a downside. For add-on pricing, you can't make the price based on calculations/equations, (e.g, price = price x number, or , price = user-input x number), which is something I need to implement with my site. I may be able to figure out a way on my own, however the team says it is something they are unable to achieve at the moment. Hopefully in a future update they can add this feature, as I'm sure there are ways to achieve this kind of functionality.

Excellent support experience. Rosie was very responsive and clearly explained the issue, which turned out to be a CSS conflict. The support team resolved it quickly and efficiently, and everything is now working as expected. Great communication and reliable app.

Extremely Disappointed — App Not Working & Poor Support Response

I’ve been using this app for a long time and initially trusted it because of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, it’s no longer performing as expected and has created a lot of confusion for our customers.

The main issue is with the feature that should allow customers to buy an additional product (in our case, a rubber sole along with our Kolhapuri footwear). Customers think they’ve added the rubber sole to their cart, but it doesn’t appear in the final order — leading to a messy and frustrating experience for both our team and our customers.

When we reached out to support, they simply raised their hands and refused to take responsibility. Instead of offering a proper solution or follow-up, the issue was brushed aside.

We were genuinely hopeful that this app would enhance our store’s functionality, but it’s turned out to be unreliable and disappointing. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously and fix both the technical issues and their customer support approach.

I love the app and how easy it is to create options for my website. I feel like technology is advancing a heck of a lot faster than I can learn it now, which I guess says I am getting older.

I have had a few times where I have needed customer support and they have all been helpful. This last time, Rosie assisted me and she was thorough and made sure all of my issues were addressed.

The only thing I wish that this app did is connect with SyncLogic so my wholesale customers can have the same options as my direct website orders.

Other than that I wouldn't change a thing!
