Being a store with highly customisable products, this app has been perfect for us. When issues have come up, responses are quick and I'm particularly happy with the initiative Clara took recently to solve a problem which was specific to us. I have and will continue to recommend this app to other online store owners!

This app is incredible. Intuitive, well priced, lots of options and the support has been incredible. Well done Rosie, my request was completed in under literally two minutes which has to be a record on Shopify! Great stuff.

DO NOT USE. Their English is extremely poor. They knock out app settings then deny they ever had them and deny the changes were made by them even though only I have access to the app and I made no changes. Zero ownership taken for their mistakes and point blank refuse to let you speak to a manager. Also back to the poor English - they kept referring to 'past dates' seemingly not understanding that 'past' is something that is in the past, aka, has been and gone. They could not grasp the difference between past and future. Very concerning. Poor poor customer service and poor app that is now extremely expensive too!!

I've used this app for about 2 years now and it has worked great for my custom item store. App was hard to use at the beginning but the updates that have been made have made it easier.

if your are looking for optimize your platform with personalization options, this is the perfect app. let you not just to add variable for personalization, it let you organize too all many of variant, and control inventory with shopify. I found it perfect.

The app works correctly and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Initially, I experienced some integration issues, particularly with displaying product options across different language versions of my store. Thanks to Rosie's dedication and support, all of the issues were identified and resolved. Communication was fast, professional, and I received excellent assistance throughout the entire process. I'm very satisfied with both the app and the customer support.

I've been using this app for a long time (years), with a variety of different themes. It is one of the best apps in the Shopify App Store, and it consistently gets better. The admin tools for setting up and applying product options are clean, straightforward, and easy to learn and use. Implementation on the product pages is fast and flawless. Lots of design options and tools to make it match your theme seamlessly.

The development team at Globo Options is dedicated to improving and supporting their app. The support and development teams have been there for me time and time again, always getting me where I need to be. They're patient and committed to a good customer experience. Love this app and highly recommend it.

Had the app for years at the highest level with no problems, then randomly stopped working on some products, conditional formatting completely wrong. Spoke to the chat, advised they had fixed, used once then broke again. Multiple messages and emails and zero feedback except "give us time we are working on it" Zero answers. No fix except "it won't happen again if you create all new ones" I have put hundreds of hours into very complex conditional formatting for over 50 products and they could not have cared less. To have an eCommerce site down for over 24 hours is unacceptable, but more than that, the lack of care and understanding by their chat team and the "we will get back to you when we know" with zero updates is very very frustrating. Will be moving to another app asap

There are some things like data sync that you cannot do yourself. I was having old deleted sets showing on my site and needed to have them fix it via chat. It was a quick fix once we found there was a problem, but it shouldn't have been a problem to start with. overall though its free so I can't complain too much.

Excellent customer service and support!

Clara has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. As a Shopify store owner, I was in a rush trying to fix some product option issues on my website, and her fast responses made a huge difference. She replied quickly, understood exactly what I needed, and helped me solve the problem efficiently.

Her support was professional, friendly, and reliable. It’s really reassuring when you can get quick assistance during urgent situations, and Clara definitely provided that.
