I like the options they have available even with their free subscription. More than anything I appreciate that when I had an issue they fixed it extremely quick through the chat option.
I love the app and how easy it is to create options for my website. I feel like technology is advancing a heck of a lot faster than I can learn it now, which I guess says I am getting older.
I have had a few times where I have needed customer support and they have all been helpful. This last time, Rosie assisted me and she was thorough and made sure all of my issues were addressed.
The only thing I wish that this app did is connect with SyncLogic so my wholesale customers can have the same options as my direct website orders.
Other than that I wouldn't change a thing!
Excellent support and a very powerful app.
We had a complex setup with multiple product options and add-ons, and after some products were accidentally deleted, our add-to-cart stopped working correctly.
Clara from the support team was absolutely amazing. She carefully checked everything, identified the missing add-ons, recreated them, and made sure all product templates were working perfectly again. She was fast, clear, patient, and very professional throughout the whole process.
Thanks to her help, everything now works flawlessly. Highly recommended app, and special thanks to Clara for the outstanding support!

Had an issue with the purchase element that would have delayed my team tremendously. Their service team jumped to action the next business day and this was resolved within 24hr. Such great help from Rosie and Mike.
Fantastic support from Globo. I had an issue with translations affecting how certain options displayed and couldn't work out why. Not only did Rosie find the issue, she also fixed it by creating specific options for each language. The app itself is perfect for our store - which has more than three options for many products, a feature still not offered by Shopify despite the new 2,000 variant limit
Globo’s support team was fantastic. I reached out regarding an issue affecting my website, and they responded immediately, diagnosed the problem quickly, and restored normal functionality in a very short time. Website downtime can directly impact sales, and they treated the situation with the urgency it deserved. Little Helen, in particular, was extra friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
I installed this app as I needed more than the measly 3 options that Shopify provides. I had a few issues with getting the information pulling through into the email confirmation. Got in touch with support and Clara was in touch with me within about 10 minutes. She asked if I would like anything else; I said in an ideal world I'd like this and that to be done. It was all done by the time I got up the next morning. I then went back and asked if they could change the location of their option buttons and it was done overnight. No back and forth, done right first time. Highly recommended!
Very disturbing and costly experience.
After asking for Shopify access for troubleshooting, the Globo support team moved an active option set on my live store to Draft without any warning or consent. This immediately broke the buying flow and stopped required selections from being captured on orders.
This happened on New Year’s Eve, while we were running heavy paid ads. As a result:
Sales dropped sharply
Orders came in with missing critical information
We faced continuous complaints and operational chaos
What made this far worse was the complete lack of communication. After taking access and causing the issue, the support team stopped responding for over 18 hours, while our production store was actively bleeding.
Disabling or altering live store configurations without informing the merchant is unacceptable. The support team is not reliable at all for production stores. If something breaks due to their mistake, you are on your own.
This app caused extreme financial and operational loss for us, along with massive stress. Trust is completely gone.
I would strongly warn other merchants to be extremely careful before giving store access or relying on this app for any critical workflow.
