Hi, I looked at your ticket and didn't see an unanswered question. The ticket seems to be related to how the "Email" app works and not "Flow". If you still have a question and it's about Flow, I recommend asking here:
https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-flow-app/bd-p/flow. The Flow team or a knowledgeable partner responds to questions there.
