This app is extremely laggy and we have had a variety of issues with orders actually being placed automatically. Screen load times take upwards of a minute.

These are serious issues and not the experience we build for. Load times of a minute and orders not processing automatically would frustrate anyone.
What makes this harder is that we never got a chance to dig into it with you directly as there was no chat initiated. Performance and order reliability have been areas of significant improvement since this review.
