They are people that you can work with directly to customize things the way you want or fix any issues you might have. They are quick to respond and quick to get to work. This means everything when issues arise. Nothing worse than hearing something like "our tech team is in a different time zone and will follow up either in the middle of the night tonight or tomorrow." You run into this kind of thing a lot with shopify apps. I just deleted one rather than wait a day to resolve an issue. Swym is on top of it! No worries here.
