Swym Wishlist Plus

We've been using Swym Wishlist Plus for years. Recently, we wanted to make some design improvements and the Swym customer support team totally came through! They also have timely and helpful support communication.

Fantastic app with a lot of usability and many user friendly built in systems to take advantage of. Had an issue getting a certain email reminder sent out and the their team worked diligently and patiently to help me resolve the issue AND double check that it functioned exactly how we wanted it before marking it as resolved. 5/5

Update: Tons of bugs. Literally left and right. And upon reporting them their team asks for videos as if my explanations aren’t sufficient. Their live chat isn’t live. They barely ever respond. Sometimes with days delays sometimes (if you’re lucky) hours and very likely with a weak response. Our experience is going from terrible to worst.

We're finding out problems and bugs and their live-chat support is either non responsive or replies limited not addressing issues we've reported. Very frustrating. If their support and tech issues do not get resolved, we'll likely uninstall and move on to a better wishlist solution.

Customer service was top notch. My issues were resolved very quickly and efficiently. And they even redesigned the way the button looks on my product page exactly the way I wanted.

The app works smoothly, is easy to set up, and offers all the features we need to give our customers a seamless wishlist experience. What really sets it apart, though, is the amazing support team.

A special shout-out to Leandra, who went above and beyond to help us with our requests. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, making the whole process quick and effortless.

Always a pleasure dealing with everyone who works on this app. Our customers love it and the support is really top notch. We pay for the yearly Pro plan and it's so nice to receive good support with any issues that arise (mostly me wanting to change visuals with code)

Fantastic app. We installed it on one of our shops and, after some initial troubleshooting and corrections, it worked like a charm.
The support was extremely useful and ready to help; it managed to solve several issues/requests we had.
Even though initially we did encounter some bugs and some difficulties, the support was always there and the app responded well to customizations and manual fixes.

Really good product and gives users lots of options to create, edit and manage their wishlist. I would recommend getting the gift registry app from them also, as it works well together.
The most impressive aspect, besides the product, is the support that comes with it. Fast response with good understanding of user needs or requirements.

The app itself is the best on the market for wishlists. Some features weren’t compatible with our theme, but the support team made it all work seamlessly.
