I’ve been using Recurpay for a few years now and couldn’t be happier, especially with their live chat support. Their team has a positive, supportive attitude that’s hard to find these days. They actually take the time to understand what you need and come up with solutions. On a few occasions they’ve even gone out of their way to make special requests for our store happen.
The app itself is excellent too. It’s full-featured and keeps improving. We especially love the analytics page that shows all our upcoming orders grouped by product - it’s a huge help for planning ahead. We’re also starting to use the customer-facing product edit features for upsells, which look very promising.
Highly recommend Recurpay - both for the app and the amazing team behind it.
