Great customer support for this app. Joseph live-chatted me immediately and helped me get it set up. He patiently answered all my questions.

This app is able to do what the competitor app isn't able to do. We wanted to sync Etsy orders to Shopify. There is still some limitations due to what customer info Etsy is allowed to share with outside apps (customer address, shipping type) but the app is meeting our needs so far!
