I had uninstalled the app because I wasnt doing very well at the business via the website and I couldnt afford this tool anymore.
This is when Lester stepped in and offered me support for 2 years. I am filled with gratitude for this support.
This is a fantastic tool that helps automate SEO boost for the website. This is definite must try and gives amazing results.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience.

However, just to clarify, we’ve already processed a full refund as soon as you reached out to us yesterday. Also, while we understand that you uninstalled the app on July 17th, the billing period actually began on June 26th - which is why the charge was automatically applied by Shopify’s billing system.

Please note that all billing transactions are handled directly by Shopify’s system and do not require our manual involvement. We only step in to process any necessary refunds or credits after a charge has been applied.
