I have used Booster SEO for several years and it has performed wonderfully without any problems. When a text string appeared on all my pages, Shopify wasn't overly helpful so I contacted Booster via the live chat. There was a very short wait time and Pat was extremely helpful and efficient. My problem was sent up the support ladder and was corrected in a short period of time, with progress communication sent me as it went along. A great product backed with great support. Thank you again.

We paid for Booster SEO for 8 months thinking our SEO templates (image alt text, meta titles, meta descriptions) were working. The app constantly showed everything as “100% optimized,” but after investigating we realized none of the changes were actually being applied to our store.

Our product images had no alt text, and the meta tags we thought were active were never pushed to the frontend. Essentially, we were paying for months for something that wasn’t working at all.

After uninstalling the app and contacting support, they refunded only one month. Unfortunately, that doesn’t come close to covering the time and money lost.

Very disappointing experience.

We have been using the free version of the App for ALT Tags mainly as it saves SO much time and their support has always been great. Just had a chat with Yaci and she was super helpful and we have upgraded to a paid for plan now (with a discount - yay!) so looking forward to utilising more features.

Booster AI SEO OPTIMIZER is the way to go! I'm really happy I installed this app on my store to help me optimize my store. They also replied to my questions immediately and gave me some free pointers to make some minor changes I had not yet made. All in all, I love this app and would recommend it to all store owners.

The system is terrible and the support is awful. They promise the world and underdeliver. I cancelled during the trial and still got charged and now they won't respond to messages. Avoid downloading this app because it does more harm than good! The auto pilot changed good meta titles, descriptions and URL's and made them so basic it was like a 6 year old had done it. The auto pilot was also making a lot of my products NOINDEX so they weren't showing in search results. In the end i had to disable a lot of the features and then delete the app. The amount of time i have had to spend sorting out the issues this app created is extensive- not worth it.

Easy to use, effective on the most part. However lots of noindex tags appeared on my products pages hiding them from google. unable to remove in bulk. I have reluctantly removed the app.

I have been using Booster SEO for the past 10 months. I encountered an issue with img file renaming and img alt text populating, unfortunately this did not work on my store. Booster SEO team attempted to fix several times without much luck. I have requested a full refund for the 10 months period, as this gave me doubts if the app is even working on other features and how true is the displayed high SEO score on app dashboard. They accepted my full 10 months refund request and credited it within 48 hours. Speedy support, great company practices, but the app did not give me the confidence i needed on the SEO front. The stars are for developer responsiveness, not so much for the app functionality.
