Kaching Bundles App & Upsells

Pretty disappointed with their business practices. I like the app but if you cancel your subcription and dont shut down your whole shopify, they will just bill you the next month and hope you dont notice. Happened to me multiple times and they make you ask for your money back before refunding you. Most people probably dont bother or dont go to those lengths so they snatch an extra few bucks off unknowing individuals.

I think its pretty scummy so 1 star. Watch out for this part, otherwise good app.

As an update I got my refund and the said it was a mischarge and they're not sure why it occurred, however this has happened multiple times. I guess it is profitable to do this? anyway it is what it is. Please watch out for this with this app.
