We’re truly sorry to hear that the app didn’t meet your expectations - especially after the support we provided during your setup. We completely understand how important inventory tracking per option can be for many merchants, and it’s a feature we’ve been carefully exploring due to its technical complexity and the stability requirements involved.

That said, we did want to gently clarify that this functionality has never been advertised or listed as part of our app's features. We try to be as transparent as possible about what the app currently offers, precisely to avoid such disappointments.
