Never use this app. UPS will not deliver your packages to your customers. Instead, they will leave them at a pickup location without notifying the customer or us. Then, they return the package without warning.

You lose the sale, you lose the cost of shipping, you lose the customer, and that’s not even the worst part. You will also be charged up to €21 extra per returned package.

This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical. Avoid at all costs.
