Joy Loyalty Program & Rewards

Certain important functions seem to be harder to locate than they should be, The Condition portion should be labeled Program Settings and should have its own header, not buried in the dot dot portion of the reward type. As a business if I offer something one place, I'm going to offer it in the other so this setting should be global and only allow for individual shutdown in the specific reward if needed.
