The support team is the diamond. Yeah the builder works, its UI is intuitive, there are built in AB capabilities, all the bells and whistles. However, online it all works until it doesn't. This is where the supports matters! Responsive and knowledgeable!
We were updating a theme and something broke. Mobile CSS issue. Within minutes the support identified the line that was giving us hardships in our theme. They saved us days in QAQC, development and helped us bring the new theme in front of our customers.
On Shopify the biggest cost is the opportunity cost! Thanks Sweetan! You are a Rockstar!
