They just split the Personalzation feature into New App.
And they did mentioned "About Personalization: it’s no longer available for new Shopify installs after Nov 12, 2025, but existing users aren’t affected. If you were using Personalized Experiences, pages stay published and everyone just sees the Default Variant when MTUs run out."
Guess what, someone just pushed the new app and REMOVED THE YEARS OF PERSONALZATION work. Just PUFF, GONE for ever.

I’m really sorry for the frustration this caused. I completely understand how alarming it must feel to see something that looks like years of work suddenly disappear.

To clarify, your personalization work has not been deleted. We pushed an unpublished version update, and your personalization can still be found in the versions tool, to which you can revert.

We recognize that this experience wasn’t clear or smooth, especially for customers actively using these features in Page Builder. That’s on us.

In response to your feedback, we’ve already re-enabled these features for you so you can continue working as expected while we reassess the transition approach.

If you’re still seeing issues, we’d really like to take a closer look at your specific setup. Please reach out to our support team directly, and we’ll prioritize resolving this for you.

App is great and offers everything you need, but the support ... is superb - replies in minutes, actually helpful and kind.

*Would love it if - in the future - the video element didn't require vimeo/youtube integration but manual upload in the app itself :D

Support is amazing, have had some edge cases pop up and they've been responsive, willing and able to solve some issues for us. Easy to use drag and drop editor, improvements continue to be made which only enhances the experience. Would recommend if you're not able to code pages yourself!

Shogun's customer service is second-to-none. I sent a request to get help with getting access to my account and got a response from James in (literally) five minutes. The app itself is amazing in allowing me to customize my shop theme however I'd like, but I really judge a product on how it handles error resolution and Shogun is exactly what you hope for when you've got a problem. They're responsive, have the answers to fix your problem, and get you back up and running with your day in minutes. I was incredibly impressed. Love Shogun!

I want to be fair. We have used Shogun for years to build our pages, and for the most part, its core functionality as a page builder has been great.

However, we recently discovered a critical technical issue that is being caused directly by the Shogun app. It is injecting conflicting code onto our product pages that completely breaks our Google Rich Snippets for product reviews. This means our star ratings are not showing up in Google search results, which is a significant blow to our organic traffic and sales.

The most frustrating part is the complete lack of support. We have now reached out three times over the past [mention time frame, e.g., two weeks] with detailed, evidence-based reports of the issue, and we have received zero response.

An app is only as good as the support behind it. As a long-time, loyal customer, it's incredibly disappointing to be ignored when facing a problem that is actively harming our business. Until this is resolved, Shogun is causing more damage than it's worth. I am willing to update this review if and when their support team finally responds and helps us fix this critical bug.

We've only just begun using this app but the available formatting and functions is impressive and not like anything else we've used before (especially while on the Magento platform). We are looking forward to exploring all capabilities in the new year.

Support is very helpful in getting to the bottom of an issue we faced.
