The cost for one location is higher than some alternatives, and there are free versions that seem quite similar. Reputon's per location price increase is a little high, but competitive when compared to other Shopify apps that do the same.
However, it seems to work well, has intuitive controls and pretty good design options. A built-in analysis feature, it is hard to determine if is worth the cost. Still, so far, we're generally happy with it.
While Reputon is a bit intense with cross-selling, they are also quite responsive with reviews and support.

Kindly note that the additional location fee is reasonable, as it covers the extra resources required to import and sync reviews. Our app also allows you to customize the widgets via CSS and provides analytics for clicks on the checkout extension widget.
