The email marketing itself has personalisation for wholesale B2B business so you can refer to their business name, which is essential. That is the ONLY reason I am currently using them.
But I am completely unimpressed with their billing ethics.
I uninstalled Klaviyo last month on the 16th and received an email confirming I had permanently closed an account, and then received another bill on the 17th, and the 17th of this month.
When you permanently close down a website Klaviyo manages to keep billing you for non-existent email services.
I have been billed on two different credit cards, five days apart for supposedly the same website with different email addresses.
I guess the only way to stop this is to cancel my Visa and Mastercard until it all stops, and then re-establish payment on one card, once a month.
I would seriously like to find a decent replacement for Klaviyo.
