Almost a year later, Easyship is still causing us problems. Bad faith seems to be what actually drives this business. Pages of Terms & Conditions, with an endless number of clauses that put every risk and problem back onto the customer. No renewal notice, no refund, no cancellation grace period. This is a renewal trap, plain and simple. Small business owners don't have time to micromanage every bill and every charge.
We caught our renewal 15 business days later, mainly because we'd recently switched to a far better platform. Most, if not all, of the other subscription services we use give proper notice before renewing, or at least offer honest support when something goes wrong. Easyship? Not even close. They'll drag you through delays, escalations, a "legal team," and so on. And if you're still hanging on after all that, they'll offer you something almost laughable, like turning off auto-renewal for next year. Bad faith, again. Fifteen days with no usage at all versus 350.
There are far better options out there, with real customer service, an actual account manager, and subscription fees a fraction of the cost (some even free) for a better product. Don't get caught the way we did. This lesson cost us $980+. Hopefully this review will save a few other business owners from the same mistake of doing business with Easyship.

If zero stars were possible, Easyship would earn it.
U.S. customs changes are always announced months in advance, yet nothing is ever updated in the platform to handle USMCA compliance or prevent unjustified tariffs. As a result, our fully compliant Canadian products are charged duties anyway — forcing us to absorb part of the cost just to stay fair to our customers.
When a single fulfillment team member couldn’t pass the in-app ID verification, the entire business account was disabled for 24–48 hours. That meant no shipping, no fulfillment — everything on hold.
Customer “support” is another disaster. Every interaction ends with someone who can’t actually resolve issues, and when they do act, it’s without any understanding of how real businesses operate. One rep even “fixed” a carrier error by delaying our pickup three days without telling us — and called that a solution.
Only thing they are good at is giving apologies...
Run! Don’t get involved or subscribe to Easyship. There’s nothing “easy” about it — and it’s certainly not built for serious shippers or fulfillment-driven businesses.
We're sorry to hear about your experience. Our team have reached out to you to help investigate this. If you have any further questions, please contact us at support@easyship.com
