My issue was resolved, but I experienced over 500 random bot sign-ups through Klaviyo, which forced me to spend around an extra $100 to cover the additional charges. After being billed for three months, I requested either a refund or a discount, as the issue wasn’t my fault — but my request was declined. As a loyal customer, I found this quite disappointing and lacking any gesture of goodwill.

Update: I have been credited the amount by their helpful support staff, I have changed to 5 stars :)
