Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We recently switched from Yotpo to Okendo this past March, and the difference has been noticeable across the board. The user interface is cleaner and much easier for our team to manage, and the reviews display beautifully on-site — which has definitely supported our conversion.

I also want to shout out Laura, our rep. She has been incredibly insightful and proactive, always following up with recommendations, making sure we’re using the platform to its fullest, and helping us optimize for the best results.

Overall, we’ve seen positive impact from the switch, both in functionality and performance, and it’s been more cost-effective for us as well. Highly recommend.
