Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We've been through a few review platforms now, and onboarding with Okendo was by far one of the easiest. The onboarding team was excellent to work with (thanks Chelsea!!) and significantly reduced the workload our internal team is typically responsible for. The internal review solicitation emails are a little less customizable than we're typically used to, but our use is probably not the norm, and it's a super-minor issue in the grand scheme of things. We look forward to continuing to optimize Okendo to complement our growing needs.
