Early days - but we recieved a phone call within 10 minutes of the install with advice on setup.
Then customer service emails responded so fast and answered/solved any issues i have.
It seems to be working perfectly so far. If this review is still there it means i am still pleased with it. This is after disappointing service from another leading provider.
