This is my first store with Shopify and the first App I installed and linked with my store was Zendrop. I am sharing my experience about Zendrop so other people exploring drop shopping don't fall in the same mistake. In summary avoid Zendrop in all ways possible. This app founders instead of being a partner with drop shippers they built their policies and customer support completely and purely based on making money. Their trial only 3 days. Their plans very expensive compared to other. All plans are prepaid and no partial refunds regardless of canceling your subscription. Fixed plan price from first day based of number of linked products regardless if you sell any or not. The deny fulfillment of purchased products from the store without sending detailed explanation and you have to deal with your customers who are waiting on their purchases to be shipped. Zendrop also don't have phone number for customer support, so you are stuck with tedious back and forth email communication when you have problem to solve. Finally, most of their products are very bad quality and the English description need a lot of editing before linking them into your store.
