This site can be complicated, and I've had problems with it connecting to Shopify, but once it's established, it works great! The product summaries and prices are super easy to edit to fit my store's needs. The support team and AI at Zendrop are super useful. I'm using the free version now, but if my store gets big enough, I would consider using the paid version.

I have been very satisfied with Zendrop. Products, training, and customer service are outstanding. Recently, I asked whether a product includes an additional item as they claim. I got confirmation that the product really includes it, so there was no need to add a similar extra product to a bundle.

Products take forever to ship out. There is no support, and customers report poor quality. There is an issue with almost every order. Would not recommend these guys.

I have been working with Zendrop for nearly two years, and throughout this time I have encountered various technical and operational challenges related to sourcing, store management, and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery to my customers.

Each time a concern arose, I contacted the Zendrop Team and consistently received prompt responses, clear explanations, and practical solutions. These many communication exchanges were not only helpful in resolving issues, but also became valuable learning opportunities that helped me grow from zero experience to operating a fully functional and structured store today.

Zendrop has been a reliable app for my Shopify store. The platform works well for sourcing and fulfillment, and the setup process is straightforward.

The support team was professional, responsive, and helpful when I needed assistance with an order. Their guidance made the process much easier and saved me time.
Jess provided outstanding support and made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

I was dealing with an issue related to a customer order, and Jess stepped in with clear guidance, patience, and professionalism. She took the time to explain my options, walked me through the process step-by-step, and made sure I fully understood how to move forward.

What stood out most was her attention to detail and her willingness to help resolve the situation efficiently. It’s always reassuring to know there’s a knowledgeable and supportive team behind the platform.

I truly appreciate the assistance—great customer service like this makes a big difference.

I had a very disappointing experience with Zendrop. Their product sourcing is unreliable—they often send back completely different items instead of what you requested, and only find the correct product after you push them again. Their prices are heavily marked up, which kills profit margins, and the limit of 20 sourcing requests per month is very restrictive if you’re actively testing products. On top of that, they frequently reject requests as “branded” even when there are no logos. Overall, it’s overpriced, inefficient, and not worth it—I wouldn’t recommend it.

Regarding product sourcing, our team always does their best to locate the exact item requested. However, there are instances where the original supplier is unable to provide the product. In those cases, we try to find the closest possible alternative to offer instead. If no suitable match is available, the request may be marked as rejected or failed sourcing. We aim to avoid that outcome when possible, which is why alternatives are sometimes suggested, and it’s completely up to you whether you’d like to proceed with them.

After reviewing your account, it looks like some of the items couldn’t be sourced because the original links were no longer accessible. This can happen if the product is removed or restricted (for example, due to copyright issues) after the sourcing request was submitted.

I LIke Zendrop. I have tried and still use a few other dropship suppliers but I have had the best experience with Zendrop. I think any criticisms levelled at them are universal to all the dropshippers (processing and shipping times, refund policies etc). Personally I find their customer service very helpful and responsive.Also, for us, linking products to our store is easier on Zendrop than any others we have used.

We recently made the switch to Zendrop for our dropshipping business, and honestly, we’re loving it. They’ve been incredibly helpful throughout the entire transition.

Whenever we have a question, we just hit up their chat function. If it’s a specific product detail that the bot can't handle, a real person usually gets back to us that same day, which is a huge relief.

Another thing we really appreciate is their recommendation to winning products. They help us a lot in researching winning products, and it really feels like they’re invested in our success. If you're looking to switch to a platform that actually provides real support, Zendrop is the one.
