They are always very polite and knowledgeable. Zendrop has consolidated my inventory and shipping needs, Helping my business to grow. Zendrop helps me when there are any supplier issues and they keep me aware of any issues. They always help me to resolve any issues that arise. I am very satisified with Zendrop.

Zendrop has been one of the easiest dropshipping fulfillment platforms to work with. The platform is beginner-friendly, fast to set up, and makes product importing simple.

The automated order fulfillment saves a lot of time, especially when managing multiple products or scaling ads.

Customer support has been responsive, and the dashboard is clean and easy to navigate.

If you're building a Shopify dropshipping store and want a more reliable fulfillment partner, Zendrop is definitely worth considering.

This site can be complicated, and I've had problems with it connecting to Shopify, but once it's established, it works great! The product summaries and prices are super easy to edit to fit my store's needs. The support team and AI at Zendrop are super useful. I'm using the free version now, but if my store gets big enough, I would consider using the paid version.

I think zendrop have so far been a good partner and instrumental in helping me grow.
Though the timezone difference can be challenging at times for us in the southern hemisphere at the bottom of the world, it is still workable, their approach to freight and problem solving in challenging times has this far been great.
Recommended as a partner.

Great platform for finding products to source at great prices. They handle all details with the supplier so you can focus on sales! I had a couple problems with orders but their support team was phenomenal and got my shipments out on time WITH my Branded thank you card! You'll love it over here!

This company is a COMPLETE FRAUDULANT company. You can heed my words or not. Just a for instance, the Quantity of Products they put in your store is a Fictitious number, straight out of THEIR mouths.As told to me by Zendrop. They reaklly dont know what they have in stock.So this is the chain of Events. Your customer orders something because you show yiou have 100 in stock the order goes to Zendrop who actually has 0(Zero) in stock. Now what does that make you and your company look like??? You look like your company that you worked so hard to get going ,a SCAM STORE. If I could . I would gladly show you a Transcript of my conversation with a Live Zendrop employee, I GUARANTEE you after reading this transcript from beginning to end, You would not believe what you are reading. You will be shocked. And please, if anyone reading this, knows how I can post this Transcript, please let me know ASAP so I can prove this Review I am giving

I have been very satisfied with Zendrop. Products, training, and customer service are outstanding. Recently, I asked whether a product includes an additional item as they claim. I got confirmation that the product really includes it, so there was no need to add a similar extra product to a bundle.

you got a scamming people for this app, saying is there business is there's in changing a large amount of money to fill this document, they put a
e-contract what make us sign, then they show shopify store as business they are selling us, and won't mention the activtion and the montly charge or the charge of zendrop shipping, they offer 10 sections of training, and is a joke 2min call each week. I just think some one needs to report this.
