Zendrop has been one of the easiest dropshipping fulfillment platforms to work with. The platform is beginner-friendly, fast to set up, and makes product importing simple.

I think zendrop have so far been a good partner and instrumental in helping me grow.
Though the timezone difference can be challenging at times for us in the southern hemisphere at the bottom of the world, it is still workable, their approach to freight and problem solving in challenging times has this far been great.

This is an edit of a previous 3-star rating I gave Zendrop. They responded to my previous review asking what they could do. After explaining about the test orders that had not been delivered, they refunded my payments for them. They have shown they really do have great customer service. I also took a 5-day video course through them and learned a lot of helpful tips and how to made ads with AI, etc so I have started advertising on social media and adding more trending products to my stores. My expectations are realistic, I think, in terms of increasing traffic and sales and it is great to know that the drop shipper you choose stands behind their products and service.
It really means a lot that you gave us the chance to turn things around after your first review. We're so glad the video course helped you pick up new skills for ads and finding trending products. Wishing you continued momentum as you keep growing your store!

I have only started using Zendrop. I have 3 stores, and placed orders from each store as a test to make sure the system is working correctly, to see what the products are like and to see how long it takes to get them. Two of my orders show on the tracking site as delivered but I never received them. I checked with neighbors and filed a complaint with the post office (though only one shows as delivered by USPS) and no luck. Not sure if the addressing is weird or what - I do know from experience that things don't always translate right when mailed from overseas. Anyway I did get one order and two customer orders show as delivered and I know for sure one was, haven't heard from the other customer so I assume it was delivered. I'm not sure if their delivery is reliable, so I'm still researching more and trying other drop shippers too. I also have had a couple issues with ordered items not being available. I hate to provide crappy customer service with out of stock issues and have to refund orders that were never received. I do like the way Zendrop works with Shopify, except that store orders that are fulfilled from other drop shippers show up on Zendrop when they aren't the ones with that product so need to figure out how to fix that. The descriptions and photos for listing are great too, But none of that matters if there are delivery issues.

Zendrop offers a good platform and helpful resources for beginners getting started with dropshipping.
I recently had an issue regarding a billing charge that appeared after I had received written confirmation that no charges were pending. The situation was confusing at first, but after providing documentation and screenshots, the Zendrop support team reviewed my case and issued a refund.
I appreciate the professionalism of the support team and their willingness to resolve the issue. While the billing communication could be clearer to avoid misunderstandings, my experience with customer support was ultimately positive.

I had some minor issues when some product images did not populate to my store. Zendrop advised it may have been caused by a system update, they promptly fixed the issue and I was back in business. They were extremely responsive and attentive to my issue and resolved it quickly and professionally..

Products are available and the platform works fine overall, but costs are noticeably higher compared to other suppliers like CJDropshipping. I had a product delivered to a customer and the delivery time was longer than expected. For AliExpress sourced products especially, pricing makes it harder to compete. It works, but there is room for improvement on costs and shipping speed.

I had an unexpected billing issue and reached out to Zendrop support. Mariane from the support team was fantastic — she reviewed my account quickly, issued a full refund of every charge, and confirmed my plan was canceled so there'd be no further billing. Clear communication, fast turnaround, and she genuinely resolved the problem. Really appreciated the help.
