To be honest, I haven't used the app. I bought it, started doing things but I just never got around to setting everything up. The support have been supernice this entire time and when I cancelled they didn't have to refund me but did without any discussion.

When I get around to having more time for this I will surely return.

I had so much trouble trying to figure out my shipping information and luckily got paired with Jo who was so helpful and together we were able to figure out the issues I had with my account. They have a support team that reacts very quickly, which really helps with urgent questions. The app itself works very well; it's easy to use, and there are no complications when using it. The only feedback I would give is to provide the ability to know beforehand what the discount is when you have an order of 2 products or more, instead of finding out how much you save only after the customer has placed the order.

I am new to Shopify and have recently started using Zendrop, and I must say it's the best thing that has ever happened to my store. I have to say that joining Zendrop is one of the best decisions I have made, I love the products and their customer service. My last issue I was helped by Kelley and the support was excellent, my billing question was answered then given information I needed for setting up another account. Joining the Plus Plan was also a great move.

It's a very good app and easy to use, however the search is not advanced enough. It is difficult to find products to match the title and there is no photo search, which there is in others. Order fulfillment takes a lot in general, the prices seem competitive though. They have lost 2-3 orders of mine but the support is well trained and offered a reorder soon after. What i would need more is better order and variant flexibility, meaning to be able to edit an order to add more or different variants and products.
