I going to write very honest review no BS and will keep it very simple.

pros.
They have some good quality products but you have to do your own research to find one with proper good reviews. you'll be wasting lot of time though
customer service is great very helpful people mostly try to help.

Cons
Horrible shipping selection, very bad packaging. even the product is great their package make things worse.
again even if you find a good quality product shipping and delivery will ultimately ruin customer experience.

Suggestions.

Get rid of fake AI generated descriptions and fake pictures of the product. add a review section for sellers so they can review the product they are selling.
Improve the selection of shipping provider set some quality control which you guys always say in place but seems like not working without all of this any business is going to fail.

Final note for who are reading my review- guys dont rely entirely on any drop shipping, you can use them to fill some gaps in your product line and find some good source other than that big NO.

Today I had an issue with my store connecting because of a mistake I made when adding payment. The support team took care of it immediately. I did not have to hold in a chat for long. They were awesome. Looking forward to working with Zendrop!

Zendrop is a great drop shipping app. They have a lot of different products and selections and what you want to drop ship will most probably be there, but if its not you just have to source it and the team members will do the best they can to find the product or whatever is close to it. The service is great. I suggest it.

I recently started using Zendrop, and so far, I’ve been impressed with how easily customer service addresses any issues. It gives me a great sense of security knowing support is just a click away. I also love their branding section—it’s fantastic! When I received my first order, there were a few missing items, but Ivan resolved the issue quickly. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend Zendrop!
