Outstanding support and powerful upsell app
UFE is easily one of the best upsell apps I’ve used on Shopify, both in terms of functionality and—most importantly—support. The app itself is very flexible and lets you build clean, high-converting upsells without slowing down the store.
What truly impressed me was the support. The support agent(Amrutha) literally spent hours guiding me step by step, helping with setup, customization, and making sure everything worked perfectly with my theme. This wasn’t rushed or generic support—she genuinely cared about getting things done right.
If you’re looking for an upsell app backed by a team that actually helps you succeed (not just links you to docs), UFE is a no-brainer. Highly recommended.
