Unacceptable billing and support experience.

I removed the app on the 23rd, yet I was still charged on the 25th.
When I contacted support for a refund, they stopped responding as soon as refund was mentioned. I sent reminders, but received no reply at all.

The app itself also has serious usability issues:

Bugs appear frequently

Performance is slow and sometimes stuck

Not reliable for stores that need stability

Poor support + unstable product = not worth the cost.
