Poor Quality & Unresponsive Support
I ordered a single sample T-shirt to test Apliiq’s quality before placing a larger order. Unfortunately, the quality and customer service were both disappointing.
Issues with the product:
• Embroidery: Very loose stitching with visible gaps. Threads look unsecured and likely to unravel.
• Branded neck tag: Contains a visible defective line/break in the print.
• Rib collar: Unevenly attached at the shoulder, creating a noticeable step/bump instead of a smooth, straight collar.
I provided clear photos showing each defect.
Customer service experience:
• Two emails were sent with no response.
• I had to use live chat to get help.
• The representative kept asking for additional photos of non-defective areas, despite acknowledging the visible issue.
• No refund or meaningful resolution was offered, and a lot of time was wasted.
As a brand owner, attention to detail is critical. If this is the result for a single sample, I wouldn’t trust placing a bulk order. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Apliiq.
