From a setup and usability standpoint, the integration is straightforward and intuitive. Connecting Apliiq to Shopify was quick, and pushing products from Apliiq into our store required very little manual work. The interface is clean, and managing products, mockups, and variants feels well thought out.

Connectivity and sync speed have been reliable. Orders sync automatically and quickly from Shopify to Apliiq, which removes a lot of operational friction. We haven’t experienced lag, missed orders, or sync issues, which is critical when running live drops or time-sensitive launches.

The customer service at Apliiq is impeccable. My customer had an issue with the thread color of an embroidery on their order and I had already approved it so I thought it was too late. This has been awesome as we are a supplement company, we wanted some cool apparel but did not want to invest too much into it as our main focus is obviously our supplements.
