Dsers is complicated and as much as I hate having to deal with texting to resolve issues I have received the best customer service under these circumstances....if they upgrade to phone assistance...they would be top knotch but until then...the experience was still very good...the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the lack of live phone support
