I'm still new with Chatra and setting up my Shopify store so I don't have a wealth of experience with it yet. However, I am very impressed with the quick and useful help provided by Julia, a real person! When I needed help, she was there right away. I'm eager to finish my setup and start using more features, so I can chat with my first customers!
