Horrendous customer service. A customer received an extremely poor quality 'fake' item that is absolutely disgusting (I have it here in front of me and is only fit for the bin) - I have been unable to get hold of Kakaclo. I have tried all ways of contact them - chat, emailing various addresses - no response. If using this app - you are rolling a dice. If you get a customer requesting a return (even for a damaged item) you are not going to get a refund and will be left out of pocket. Avoid - use another provider. @Shopify please sort out this app.
In addition shipping takes FOREVER - but supposed to be around 5-9 days! Awful, AVOID.
