So many issues since the update.
Thank you for your feedback, and we are really sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing issues.
We had a look at your account and can see that your store was migrated to the new app version around September, but we don’t see any recent support tickets from you describing the problems you’re running into. We’d really like to investigate this properly - whether the issues started right after that migration or after a more recent update.
