Our experience with Shiprocket has been nice. The dashboard is clean and intuitive to use. Whenever we need help beyond the normal escalation process, our Account manager - Rishika Syal helps us and makes sure the issues are resolved. This makes our overall experience of having Shiprocket as our logistics partner even better.
