We are experiencing double charging to the customer. The customers have proof of double payment for the subscription but we don't see them on our end.
I've send an email to your support regarding this with no response.

Hi, in case you didn't notice my latest reply about this on your email, I just want to let you know that I replied to your email and I think I figured things out. I am looking forward to your reply on the email so we can get to the bottom of this :)
